What are your candles made of?
Sincerely Yourz Candles Corp. scented candles are made with all- natural soy wax, zinc free cotton wicks, Eco-friendly wooden wick.

All our materials are sourced from companies right here in the US.

Why should I trim the wick?
The proper care of a candle includes trimming the wick. Trimming the wick helps reduce the amount of soot that forms. Trimming the wick can help prolong the life of your candle and keep it looking nice and clean.
Trim the wick to 1/4″ before every burn. Avoid dropping debris, such as wick trimmings, into the wax. If your flame gets too large, and you are seeing smoke or suit, simply extinguish the flame, trim, and re-light. It is extremely important to keep your candle wicks trimmed. A non-trimmed wick can lead to “mushroom” at the top which can lead to excessive flickering, smoke, and/or soot.
How long should I allow my candle to burn?
Burn candles for no more than 2-4 hours each time.
Why is my candle leaving wax on the side of the container?
This occurs when the candle is extinguished before reaching a full melt pool. Burning a candle for 2-4 hours each time that the wax melts all the way to the edge of the container.
Additionally, allowing your candle to reach its full melt will give off your candles scent.
What is the best way to extinguish my candle?
Try to AVOID BLOWING OUT THE FLAME as much as possible as this does cause excessive smoke. Not only is it dangerous, but it also makes the wax uneven. It is best to use a ‘Wick Dipper’ or a metal spoon. Carefully, dip the wick into the melted wax and raise the wick back up.
How quickly will my order ship?
We make every effort to ship your orders as quickly as possible. Most orders placed are usually shipped between 3 or 5 business days. Orders placed on the weekends will be shipped on a weekday.
All orders are shipped from Florida via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a tracking number for your order when it is fulfilled.
What if an item is defective or damaged as it arrives?
We are sorry to hear your item arrived damaged.

What if I really don’t like the fragrance I ordered? Can I return it?
Unfortunately, Due to COVID-19, Sincerely Yourz Candles Corp. will not be accepting any returns unless there is a candle defect, or the product was damaged by the shipper.
